Dr. Thomas L. Dozier

Founder and President of Grace and Truth Christian University, Dr. Dozier serves as the Senior Pastor of The Word of Grace and Truth Ministries, and is the founder of TLD Ministries in Tampa, FL. He has dedicated himself to the building and upkeep of God’s kingdom through education and principle and has given much of himself to help others succeed in like manner.

Dr. Dozier approaches Scripture exposition with unwavering integrity and conviction. His mission is to ensure accurate interpretation of the Word so that minds might be renewed, lives transformed, and God glorified.

Believing that God places ministry gifts within the local church to do exactly that which was written by Paul in Ephesians 4:8-16, he places tremendous value on all believers’ abilities, desiring to see them used for the glory of God.

Dr. Dozier is also the director of Truth, Faith, and Action Alliance whose purpose is to establish an alliance within the community of faith that will inform and equip citizens to take actions that will save our nation (Matt. 5:13). He is also a host of the Supernatural Junkie Podcast, where topics that are sometimes off-limits in church are discussed.

With a divine calling from God, Dr. Dozier utilizes the anointing that is upon his life in the realm of the Body of Christ. Equipped with extensive theological and Christian counseling training, he brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experiences to the pulpit as well as the classroom and other platforms. He has earned a Master’s degree in Pastoral Counseling and a Ph.D. in Theology.
