Dr. Thomas L. Dozier was a part of the LCU faculty for eleven years.  Dr. Dozier served as Academic Dean in addition to Professor of Theology and Christian Counseling.  Over the years, Dr. Dozier has been instrumental in developing various Theological and Christian Counseling courses.  Dr. Dozier is the Senior Pastor of The Word of Grace and Truth Ministries, the President of Grace and Truth Christian University as well as the Academic Dean of Theology and Christian Counseling.

Chonta T.A. Haynes, Ph.D.

Dr. Haynes has had years of experience in Corporate America in varying engineering and administrative areas.  Her systematic logical approach enables the students to effectively grasp the subject at hand.  Dr. Haynes has been actively teaching theological courses since 2003 and developing biblically based curriculum since 2000.  Dr. Haynes teaches Christian Education courses in addition to many of the foundational and advanced theological courses in the School of Theology. Dr. Haynes serves as the Dean of Student Affairs and the Academic Operations Officer.

Shirley G. Lanier, M.A.

Pastor Shirley Lanier has been an avid student of the bible for over three decades.  In addition, Pastor Lanier has extensive experience in counseling and church administration.  Pastor Lanier is a refreshing addition to the School of Christian Counseling. She also serves as Assistant Campus Recruiter.

Curt McKay, M.A.
Life Christian University: Master of Arts in Theology, 2002; Bachelor of Arts in Theology, 2001; Florida A&M University: Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Engineering, 1987. 

Pastor Curt McKay has over twelve years of experience in pulpit ministry.  He specializes in teaching specific books of the Bible and enlightening students through wisdom from a seasoned and enthusiastic perspective.  Pastor McKay is a stabilizing force in the both the School of Theology and Christian Counseling.  Pastor McKay serves as the Vice President of Grace and Truth Christian University.
