Statement of Faith

We believe that all Scripture – both Old and New Testament – is given by inspiration of God and is the inerrant revelation of God to man.

We believe that there is one true living God who has revealed himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that all living creatures were created by God, and without God there is no creation.

We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ (Mary being with child of the Holy Spirit), that He is the Son of God and the Son of man.

We believe that Jesus came to save men from the penalty of sin by offering Himself as a sacrifice for the sins of the world. Jesus’ blood is the atonement which makes salvation available to those who believe in Him.

We believe that those who trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and are baptized will be saved. Belief is the inward acceptance of Christ, and baptism is the outward testimony of belief.

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit who indwells the child of God (the Christian believer), enabling them to live a life of holiness.

We believe that man is subject to bodily death as a result of the original sin. The soul and spirit do not die, but immediately upon death enter into a conscious state of happiness or misery according to the character he possessed, to be accepted or rejected of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

We believe in the resurrection of the saved (unto eternal life) and the lost (without Christ to eternal damnation).

We believe in the imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and the church being taken away with Him as His glorious bride.

We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
